Governance/ Audit/ Compliance Manager-West London-£55K - Opportunity to work at my leading services company in a managerial position. You will be responsible for specifying the decision rights and accountability framework to encourage preferred behaviours within the IT department. This includes risk management, reporting, process standards and financial management. Ideal candidate will have:
* Substantial experience in a customer facing, analytical role
* Experience of commercial and vendor management techniques
* Experience of budget, forecast and financial reporting
* Highly effective influencing and persuasion skills
* Detailed understanding/experience of industry standards e.g. ISO9001/2, ISO20000, ISO27001/2
* Project Management experience to recognised industry standard such as PRINCE2, PMI
* Recognised Service Level Management Accreditation (ITIL or equivalent).
* Ability to produce effective influencing and persuading arguments to support of goals of the team
