Business Process/ Systems Analyst

Contract requirement for a Business Process/ Systems Analyst for an organisation based in Newcastle for an initial 3 month contract.

The role will require business process/ systems analysis, project management, testing and process design. The role requires client facing interaction across the business, therefore the ability to develop relationships is essential.
You will need extensive experience of successfully implementing systems and training users with them. Along with this is work package/ project status reporting, monitoring work package/ project delivery and identifying and escalating risks and issues as appropriate.

Key tasks:
·Analyse and document the "to be" state and conduct gap analysis to support the business case for change and implementation plans
·Help facilitate workshops, analyse data to identify opportunities to reduce waste and streamline processes.
·Prepare programme/ project reporting and documentation.
·Write/ review business requirements documents, functional specification documents and operational process documents.
·Translate business requirements into functional requirements and vice versa.
·Review and create test scripts and test cases with Test Analysts
·Requirements gathering
