Junior Project Manager - West London

My client, a high profile media company, is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join their team in West London.

We are looking for someone with Active Directory knowledge and/or has worked on infrastructure projects.

Knowledge of Identity Management and an understanding of Business Process Models would be a great advantage.

This is a bespoke software developement project, with the development being handled by a 3rd party. Somone who understands specifications would be advantageous also.


Experience:

Essential

* Experience of successful delivery of projects in live environments or similar
* Demonstrable Active Directory and associated data analysis skills & experience
* At least 1 - 2 years project management experience.
* Good knowledge of life cycle and structured project methodologies
* Ability to identify potential sources of risk and their potential impact on project success
* Experience of management of alterations to project scope, budget or time through change control
* Experience of managing project budgets
* Good understanding of project financial management concepts, ideally through direct experience of an enterprise level financial control system such as SAP
* Experience of planning, monitoring and reporting on the delivery of benefits
* Experience of supplier management
* Working knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation
* Ability to work flexibly and across organisational and historic boundaries
* Experience of stakeholder management
* Experience in using a range of project related applications including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project
* A flexible approach to working hours and the ability to travel. Willing to work temporarily outside the UK if required

Desirable

* Any experience in identity management solutions
* Knowledge of business process models & data flows
* A broad understanding of traditional and new technologies used in the broadcast environment

Qualifications

* Essential - Education to degree level or equivalent relevant experience
* Desirable - Prince II or equivalent accreditation to Practitioner level
* Desirable - ITIL foundation
* Desirable - Managing Successful projects, to Practitioner level
