Oracle Forms & Reports Specialist - Permanent - Bradford (West Yorkshire)
We are looking for a talented, customer focused and technically skilled Oracle Forms and Reports specialist capable of configuring / setting up Oracle Application Server runtime environments. Any candidate must be capable of debugging Oracle Forms and Reports, PL/SQL and other middle tier related issues. You will join our busy Development and Environment support team within IT Service Delivery. Your contribution will support both projects and business-as-usual activities.
You will be part of a team of experts in the area. We are looking for someone who is capable of managing time to proactively support a large customer base with a variety of challenging work. You will be adaptable, versatile and energetic in order to deal with changing priorities. Our evolving infrastructure environment currently includes but is not limited to: Oracle 10g/11g Forms and Reports, SOA/BPM, Data Masking, Perforce version control system etc.

Critical Skills and Experience:
· Experience in configuring and setting up Forms and Reports middle tier runtime environments
· Exposure to large scale mission critical systems
· Good problem diagnosis & resolution skills
· An understanding of IS development life-cycle and underlying processes
· Knowledge and experience of SQL & PL/SQL
· Any experience of Oracle Application Server / Web Logic would be beneficial
· Exposure / Experience in version control systems, Data Masking tools and UNIX Shell scripting would be advantageous
· Understanding of SOA concepts would be beneficial as a number of projects are on-going using Oracle SOA suite
· Experience in systems analysis and business change would be an advantage
· Excellent communication skills, including negotiating, influencing and other interpersonal skills
