IT Manager - Hands on / Strategic - Charity

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and ambitious IT Manager to join a leading and world renowned Charity in London.

The IT Manager’s role will be split 70/30 between managerial tasks and hands on technical support. You will operate in a small team and therefore must possess a solid technical understanding of VMware , Windows Server, Active Directory & SAN Storage.

IT Managers must also have experience with Incident, change & Problem management. Some knowledge of ITIL is also required.

IT Manager’s must display the following skills & expertise:

- Solid managerial background, 2+ years
- Solid 3rd Line technical support background with project experience
- Excellent knowledge of Windows Server 2003/2008 & Active Directory
- Good knowledge of VMware & SAN Storage
- Experience with Change / Problem / Incident Management
- ITIL Certified (highly beneficial)
