HR Business Partner - National
Salary £45,000-£50,000
Main location - Midlands
Looking for a new challenge? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this fast paced and dynamic organisation. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that are recognised as leaders in their field and are looking to identify an exceptional HR Manager on a permanent basis. A key starting point for this position will be to design & implement change program, restructuring & delivery.
You will be able to:-
*Project manage end-to-end delivery of organisation development, performance management/productivity, engagement and change programmes
*Develop project plans (objectives, deliverables, risks, success measures, stakeholder management)
*Partner with other members of the HR team (resourcing, talent, communications, reward, policy, HR Hub) to develop and implement integrated HR solutions for projects
*Lead HR input to client group HR review meetings eg Functional/Regional reviews of absence, labour turnover, capability
*Provide support/advice to HR Advisor on escalated employee relations issues to ensure resolution
*Ability to coach managers to build understanding of employee relations issues and risks
*Good understanding of business strategy, goals and drivers for success, the sector in which the business operates, and the market factors that impact on performance, e.g. customers, competitors
*Understands the business culture and how to communicate plans according to the audience
*Understands project management approach and supporting methodologies, plus knowledge and experience of implementing change programmes
*Able to use a wide range of interpersonal skills in combination with HR technical skills to impact the organization, e.g. relationship management, communication, influencing and negotiation
CIPD qualified or relevant experience
Previous HR Business Partner or HR Project delivery experience in fast paced, commercial environment
Experience of working in cross-functional project delivery teams desirable
Sound knowledge of relevant employment law
Sound knowledge of HR best practice - especially in OD, performance, change, talent
Formal project management qualification an advantage
Commercial/Corporate or Operations client group experience desirable
Experience of working in matrix HR structure desirable
Valid driving license
Flexible to travel UK wide on frequent basis
