Operational Acceptance Manager - £45 -£55k - Bonus + Benefits- Birmingham - required on a permanent bases for a large financial services firm in Birmingham. Your overall responsibility will be to oversee the implementation of new products and services within a PRINCE2/ITIL environment to ensure their operational readiness at go live. You will work with (Application Services (Testing), Business Solutions (Project Delivery teams), Production Operational Support teams and any Third party Vendors) in order to define the OA requirements, production entry criteria, exit criteria, requirements to execute OA, risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, expectations and OA process to be followed.To be considered for the role, you will; have an in-depth understanding of service verification and validation specifically in non-functional testing, Have an in-depth understanding and previous experience of delivering OAT, Be experienced in working with 3rd Parties to deliver a service, management, tracking and SLAs, Possess broad cross product, application and development experience across front, middle and back office functions, Have a good understanding of service management frameworks and methodologies; being well versed with ITIL v3 and ideally have a background in software testing.
