A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Infrastructure Analyst to join a medium size infrastructure team based in Merseyside. My client, an energy solutions company, is recruiting for a good quality Infrastructure Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the senior infrastructure analyst, you will be required to take ownership of issues escalated from 1st and 2nd line support employees and resolve these issues in priority, ensuring customer inconvenience is kept to a minimum. You will also be required to develop and implement policies and procedures to improve infrastructure administration.

Experience working in a virtual environment
