Programme Manager - £75 000 plus benefits

You will be the main driver in delivering cultural, sustainable and fast paced change to the customer services area of the business. You will be experienced and comfortable in delivering programmes of change and leading teams of BAs and PMs to deliver projects and initiatives.
To succeed in this position you will have the following skills and experience:
* Extensive experience of Programme Management
* Be a natural leader and be able to inspire others
* Be an expert at engaging and influencing stakeholders
* Have experience of delivering cultural change in a complex, multi-channel environment
* PRINCE qualified
* APM Practitioner
* Extensive experience of working in an agile environment
