· Extensive Knowledge and Understanding of Branch Banking Business, IT Operations, IT Infrastructure operations - technical, processes and people.
· Extensive working knowledge in IT roles (Financial sector preferable but not essential) with emphasis in enterprise IT Infrastructure including Microsoft, Linux and Network technologies
· Demonstrable knowledge of working across virtual, cross-functional teams
· Proven ability to identify and define IT requirements
· Proven ability to develop plans and project designs
· Proven record of delivering results
