HR Management Information & Data Analyst - Stratford-upon-Avon - £24-26k. A requirement exists for somebody with experience of HR management information and data analysis to join a well-known organisation in Warwickshire. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Business Objects, SQL and Northgate Arinso. You will be able to manipulate data, design dashboards and be comfortable presenting that data to stakeholders at all levels. You will also be expected to challenge business requirements, to arrive at the most appropriate solution. You will be flexible, able to work alone, creative and able to think outside the box. You will also be a strong communicator and be able to deliver training to users. You will also be tasked with producing monthly BI reports, and so will be able to work to strict deadlines. You will also spend roughly 20% of your time working on the core HR system, Northgate Arinso. This will include setting up operators, auditing usage and managing upgrades to the system.
