A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Support Technician to work with one of the most exciting companies in Leeds. The firm has grown dramatically in the past and has strong growth strategies for the future. The primary objective of the role is to support software, hardware, telephony and other systems that are supported and maintained by the IT department. Furthermore the successful candidate will help specify, configure and implement system upgrades where appropriate.

ESSENTIAL Skills: (minium 2 years experience supporting and troubleshooting)

· Windows Server 2003/2008
· Windows Active directory 2003
· A large Citrix Farm and remote Thin Clients
· Configuration of DHCP, DNS, and MS Exchange

DESIRABLE Skills:

· Exposure to VMWare and SAN support
· Exposure to Unix/Linux servers

The successful candidate will have a fantastic personality, with the ability to work in a small team whilst being very customer focused. The ability to prioritise tasks and be self-motivated is essential willing to be flexible in taking on any job necessary.
