Head of Advertising & Audience Systems - Responsible for ensuring that the advertising technology infrastructure is in place to enable the delivery of targeted digital advertising across a portfolio of platforms and titles. Key accountabilities include to setup and maintain data management platforms to maximise commercial opportunity and working closely with the corporate platforms team to ensure global big data initiatives deliver high-impact commercially relevant data feeds. To implement audience segmentation infrastructure and strategies, as well as create and manage audience catalogues and forecasts to assist sales teams. Required skills and experience include a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape and value chain, key players and developments in this space. Knowledge of behavioural targeting, opportunities, current limitations and data management platforms. A strong drive for results and managing teams in a rapidly changing environment. Experience of programmatic trading, the main SPPs, and the trends in the audience and programmatic marketplace experience in mobile advertising is preferred, as well as experience with content and/or affiliate marketing.
