Interim HR Advisor

A specialist, global organisation is currently recruiting an Interim HR Advisor to join their established and profitable organisation. The Interim HR Advisor will be working within a strong, experienced team providing efficient and effective HR advice and conducting high volume recruitment campaigns.
Key Accountabilities:
· Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures to all mid-level managers and employees
· Conduct cost effective, high volume recruitment campaigns using effective methods to hire the best calibre candidates
· Manage the PSL, reviewing and negotiating terms for all agencies and liaising with agents on the PSL to ensure suitable candidates are submitted
· Own and manage the graduate scheme, sourcing the best calibre candidates, running assessment days, devising the graduate programme and mentor the graduates ensuring their continuous development
· Act as the Project Manager for various HR projects including; the implementation of a new HR system, introduction of a company intranet
· Design and deliver soft skills training for mid-management
Key Experience & Characteristics:
· CIPD qualified or equivalent is desirable
· Previous experience of working at HR Advisory level within a specialist organisation
· Proven experience of managing high volume recruitment campaigns, designing & delivering assessment centres
· Experience of conducting competency based interviews & running assessment centres is desirable
· Must be a team player who is passionate and supportive of colleagues
· Holder of a valid UK Driving License
You will already have experience in a HR Advisor role within a specialist organisation. You will be confident, proactive and positive in your approach with highly developed advisory and recruitment skills.
