Global Capability Development Advisor - London
Our client requires a to join their team on a contract basis.
Key Accountabilities:
* Identifying appropriate courses and managing the training catalog in support of the IT&S Professions skills framework, behavioral and leadership skills
* Delivering engagement sessions to IT&S staff, raising awareness of the IT&S Academy and Professions offer
* Developing learning materials, courseware and online learning to support the IT&S Academy learning agenda, particularly focusing on behavioural skills, team effectiveness and global learning events
* Contribute to the design, development and delivery of global learning events that engage employees and offer a range of learning opportunities both live and on-demand
* Developing communications and marketing materials to raise awareness of the IT&S Academy offer ie. development of flash movies, written articles and promotional materials, plus engagement with third-parties to create materials on the team’s behalf
* Providing assurance that all online training and engagement materials are developed and implemented following appropriate standards, guidelines and processes
* Supporting the L&D Manager in implementing innovative projects and technology to ensure that IT&S is continually improving its learning offer so that is suitable for a global, diverse community
Essential Criteria:
* Experience of working within a global IT training environment - ability to understand the learning cycle and put it into practice.
* Experience of delivering both classroom and virtual training content
* Demonstrated ability to create training courses and materials to a high standard
* Strong planning, organizational skills and attention to detail
* Strong performance bias and high performance standards
* Strong communication skills; oral, presentation and written
