An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Process Manager to join a fantastic organisation based in Leeds.
Purpose of the role:
The role will involve defining the end to end business solutions required to support the delivery of business transformational initiatives, responsibility for introducing a business process re-engineering focus into business requirements definition throughout the assigned portfolio and design new and re-engineer existing processes.
Responsibilities:
·Design new and re-engineer existing processes to deliver leading edge process performance ensuring compliance.
·Responsible for the delivery of end to end business solution requirements across the transformational portfolio from which the technical, process and organisational change can be defined.
·Continuous process reviews of metric and scorecards to align processes and ensure benefits are extracted.
·Update the integrated enterprise business model
·Support global process owners in creating BPM framework of balance scorecard deliverables, metrics, maps and process improvement programmes.
·Manage process improvement projects to deliver significant measurable benefit.
Key skills:
·Minimum of 5 years business process analysis design and re-engineering
·Experience of enterprise/ end to end process mapping and architecture experience
·Process improvement using accepted methodologies e.g. DMAIC, Lean, Six Sigma, TQM etc
·Balance scorecard performance management
·Ability to influence across all levels of the business
