HR Advisor

An organisation with a national presence, my client is currently looking to recruit a HR Advisor. This is a phone based HR role dealing with high volume ER case management including; disciplinaries & grievances, appeals, investigations and offering support on employment tribunals.
Key Accountabilities:
· Provide escalated HR Advice in to all generalist HR areas
· Advise, influence and coach line managers on how to precede with low risk ER cases, always ensuring compliance with employment law
· Develop individual competence within the HR Operations Teams by providing coaching on policies & procedures
· Ensure all queries and requests are dealt with in an effective, accurate and efficient manner in line with the procedural framework and service standards
Key Experience & Attributes:
· CIPD qualified or equivalent
· Strong quality orientation, showing awareness of goals and standards, following through to ensure that quality and productivity standards are met
· Demonstrate a readiness to make decisions, taking initiative and originating action
· Good working knowledge of current employment law
· Experience of working in a fast-paced, demanding shared service centre is desirable
