Resourcing Officer

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join a well-known, global service business that is market leading in their sector. Your role shall be to hit the ground running and manage permanent recruitment campaigns, from attraction through to on-boarding.
Key Accountabilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment permanent vacancies, ensuring that resourcing is cost-effective and efficient
* Proactively identify, source, and recruit candidates utilising a variety of channels, including but not limited to networking, internet search, direct sourcing, employee referrals and PSL
* Manage other sourcing activity as appropriate, e.g. project campaigns and open evenings
* Ensure that all candidates have a positive and consistent experience throughout the application process
* Responsible for aspects of the administration processes from maintenance of candidates records within the resourcing system to preparation of all vacancy related paperwork, and referencing
* Positively engage with all stakeholders in order to deliver a robust resourcing service
* Provide cover for Resourcing Managers as and when required
* Comply with all relevant regulatory policies, including completion of any mandatory training requirements
Key Skills & Attributes:
* Previous experience within a large professional services organisation or similar is desirable
* Strong understanding and experience of the end-to-end recruitment cycle
* Knowledge of relevant Employment legislation and compliance
* Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
* Ability to influence and negotiate
* Resilience and confidence are key
You will already have experience in an in-house Recruitment role, within a large and complex business and you must possess the knowledge necessary to offer strong recruitment advice. You will be confident and pro-active in your approach when dealing with stakeholders at all levels. You will have a flexible and ';can do’ attitude and will be open to travel within your role.
