£65-75k + car + bonus

As a Global service organisation with a unique brand growing within the UK, my client is offering an exciting opportunity to pay a key role in Organisational Development and business growth. In the No 1 role, reporting into the Managing Director and leading a highly capable team, you will be best placed to develop and implement effective people and business plans that add value to the bottom line.


Key objectives and areas of accountability:

* Pro-actively support the business and Leadership Team to ensure that the people agenda is an integral part of the strategic plans and supports the execution of the business objectives.
* Further develop employee communication and engagement processes and strategies
* Drive talent management activity that supports business growth, succession, behaviours and key competencies, linking with Global talent frameworks and values
* Promote a culture of learning and personal development where leaders are fully empowered to get the best from their people and provide clear development opportunities
* Lead and motivate the HR team with responsibility for service delivery across, HR, Resourcing, Training, Payroll and Health & Safety
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships within the UK and Globally; striking the right balance of adherence to Global brand practice and values whilst ensuring strategy is tailored to the UK climate accordingly
* Develop, support and lead the rollout/ implementation of new policies, procedures and processes, to include new system implementation

Education and Experience:

* Ideally CIPD qualified or equivalent (e.g. MSc in HR) and of graduate calibre
* Significant experience of delivering high levels of service within either a Head of or Director of HR role
* Demonstrable experience of effective Business Partnering and actively contributing as part of the Senior Management Team
* International experience is highly advantageous
* Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills
* Strengths in projects management ideally to include HR System Implementation
* Experience of working within fast-paced, highly commercial organisations with multi-site structures
* Flexible approach to travel, occasionally Internationally
