1st/2nd Line Technical Support Analyst (AD, Exchange, Office, Windows 7, Windows Server 2003/2008)

required for our Central London based client. You will join a busy service desk, responsible for all ICT related work, supporting a demanding user base in London as well as our clients international offices in the US and Asia where required. The successful analyst will monitor phone calls and emails and manage these accordingly, ensuring everything is logged, prioritised and categorised. You will also need to support end users, investigate issues and escalate through the correct channels. Holding an MCSA or equivalent will be beneficial for this role, but having experience of AD and Exchange Administration, Microsoft Server and desktop Operating systems and Blackberry Enterprise Servers will be essential.
