Senior Business Analyst - Finance/Insurance - To work with the business to document their requirements and business processes (both as-is and to-be) and to ensure the definition of solutions to meet the business needs for the project portfolio. You will work with IT colleagues especially the Business Architect and the Business Partners to understand the business strategic direction, business architecture and target operating model and to ensure that business requirements fit within that model. As part of the Programme Delivery team you will ensure that the successful delivery in relation to time, cost and quality criteria. You will participate in delivery of the Group Project Portfolio, working with the Business Architect, Business Partners and the Programme Delivery team in alignment to Business Strategy, IT Strategy and end to end business process. You will essentially drive the Programme Delivery team forward in the management and delivery of Change within the organisation. Before applying please make sure you have an understanding of or qualification in ISEB (Information Systems Examining Board) or equivalent, relating to Business Analysis, have working knowledge and experience of the insurance industry and have worked on complex business change projects.
