Software Operations Team Leader

My client based in Peterborough is looking for a Software Operations Team Leader to join their technical department. Within this role you will be responsible for managing software application to ensure problem prevention and resolution.

In addition you must ensure that a stable and reliable service is delivered at all times as these are core business systems. A main factor of this position is the rollout and support of high volumes of change in a dynamic environment to increase services and ensure at all times that the platform is capable of handling increased volumes in line with business demand.

You will manage the application support team, and manage the end-to-end support of systems within KPIs and manage the resolution of all application support problems.


Skillset:

· Must have Software understanding and IT Industry experience
· Must have experience of working with technical applications
. Experience of release, change, problem and incident management.
· Experience delivering application platforms within agreed SLAs.
· Have experience controlling and managing budgets in excess of £1 million
· Experience of managing 3rd party suppliers
· KPI Reporting
