This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Director to work alongside an inexperienced Head of HR who is new into the role within my client based in the South East.
You will assist the current Head of HR in fulfilling the duties of their role over the next few months and help to develop their knowledge and confidence along the way enabling them to become credible and commercial as quickly as possible.
Candidates will have worked as a Head of HR/HR Director within a regulated environment such as Financial Services or Pensions and Savings etc as this is specifically what my client is looking for so please only apply if you have the relevant experience. Candidates will also be an experienced Coach and be happy to stay away for the duration of the role (depending on home location).
This role is potentially for up to 6 months in duration.
