This role is a superb opportunity for an experienced Interim Head of HR Shared Services to join my client who are going through an extensive change programme currently. The role is assisting with the transition of various streams of HR into the Shared Service Centre and requires someone who has experience of setting up shared services in large organisations, ensuring continuous best practice of shared services departments and leading HR transformation teams.
