1st/2nd Line Support- Finance/Broking
My London based finance client is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide 1st/2nd line support for PC, printer hardware and software in a finance/broking environment. This will be split between both telephone and face to face support and you will liaise with users, suppliers and other team members on issues. You will be working as a part of a rota performing 7.5 hour shifts from 7.30am to 6pm. As this role is fairly low level role anybody with more than 2 years experience will not be considered.
The technical support engineer must have strong Active Directory experience with strong desktop and server anti virus applications with experience of dealer boards and intercom (speakerbus with good knowledge of networks. Any experience working in a finance or stock broking environment would be hugely advantageous.
