Voice Infrastructure Engineer

A Voice Solutions Engineer is required for my prestigious client in the centre of Nottingham. You will be required to perform technical analysis, design and engineering delivery activities. Candidates need to be an expert in either Wintel, Desktop, SQL or Network and Voice technologies and be able to communicate effectively to those from different technical disciplines and be able to communicate at all levels.

The Voice Solutions Engineer will review requirements and create both functional and non-functional specifications. It will then be your responsibility to create the standards documentation and participate in the design reviews. You may also be needed to act as the technical lead to ensure smooth and effective handover to the BAU.

Essential experience;

-Extensive experience of designing /configuring
-VoIP Platforms (inc TDM-VoIP MGCP/H.323 Gateways)
- Contact Centre Environment Infrastructure Design & Implementation Experience
- Cisco Unified Call Manager (v6 Onwards)
- TDM ACDs
- VRU/IVR
- Cisco CCNA
- Experience of working in Financial Services and Banking Industries
- Exposure to structured or process based delivery methodologies

Preferred experience in;
·Cisco Intelligent Contact Management Enterprise Edition (ICM)
·NICE Perform Call Recording Suite
·Avaya Voice Technologies
·Cisco IP Networking Technologies
·Cisco Unity Voicemail (v6 Onwards)
·Cisco Unified Intelligence Suite
·Virtualisation Technologies - VMware ESXi / vSphere

Salary is between £40,000 to £48,000 depending on experience and a great bonus and benefit package.
