Business Systems Analyst - Developer/Development ASP.NET C# VB.NET Javascript HTML CSS XML Sharepoint Microsoft Technologies SQL SSAS/SSIS
Our Client, a highly prestigious Management Consultancy based in the heart of London are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their internal Information Technology Services Business Systems team.
You will be expected to contribute meaningfully in a focused, team-oriented development role, implementing requirements for existing and new enterprise systems. You will be partnering with end-users and business analysts to address issues, define requirements, and design solutions. This opportunity is best suited to a motivated individual who can match a strong programming background with an understanding of business processes and data
What the role will consist of but not be limited too:
*Participate in the design, development, and support of both internal and external web-based applications as well as third-party applications.
* Bringing their experience to bear on the overall requirements and detailed design
* Leveraging existing systems and processes to ensure integration
* Work closely with end-users and other ITS staff to resolve system-related issues rapidly and conclusively.
*Serve as an expert resource in the technologies underlying both current and future enterprise systems.
*Help with overall systems/data architecture development and integration issues.
The ideal candidate will have some if not all of the following experience:
*1-2 years ASP.Net with C# experience. Specifically:
* Authoring web pages in C#/VB.Net (ASP.Net) or VBScript (classic ASP)
* Or at least familiarity with C-based syntax through, for example, JavaScript for those with a VB background
* Standards-based web development (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, etc.)
* Related Microsoft technologies (e.g., MAPI, LDAP) a plus
* Microsoft Sharepoint Services, AJAX, and/or Telerik controls experience a plus
* Professional services firm experience a plus
* 1-2 years of SQL experience writing queries, stored procedures, triggers, views, etc.
* SQL Server Admin experience a plus
* SSAS/SSIS experience a plus
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, systems analysis or a related field of study, or equivalent training/experience.
