IT Project Manager - Leicestershire - £45-50k. Project Manager required to join a retail organisation in Leicestershire. You will be responsible for the initiation, defining the scope and objectives of projects through to delivery. You will interface and engage with all areas of the business affected, to include senior stakeholders. You will assess project risk, as well as the integration of tasks and inter-dependencies within the project lifecycle. You will deliver within the internal project framework, which is largely based on Prince 2. As such, a qualification in Prince 2 is essential to be considered. You will be a self-starter , who is able to work autonomously as well as part of a team of Project Managers , and be able to take direction as well as giving constructive support to others. You will manage stakeholders and their expectations effectively. You will be a good communicator, a logical thinker and problem solver, and be flexible to the needs of IT and the business. Experience within a retail organisation is essential. Experience of the following would also be beneficial, but are not mandatory: ERP, Sharepoint, IBM Websphere, EPOS Systems.
