Customer Services Project Officer required for a market leading, reputable organisation based in the West Midlands.
My client specialises in desktop transformation and is now looking for a Customer Services Project Officer to support the day to day activities of the Commercial Service Manager and assist in providing commercial services and internal administration for the company, which will include the following:
* Provide Key Business Processing - set up and control over customer projects using the company system (Autotask) and prepare and issue customer invoices especially consultancy invoices
* Supply Operations Team Support - provide administration support to the Customer Service Delivery team especially updating of customer record details and support contract renewal definitions.
* Personal Development - undertake personal development and technical training/certification in line with annual objectives
The job holder will be responsible for the following activities:
* Finance - billing, purchase orders, credit reference checks
* Sales Support - provide logistical support to ensure customer purchase orders are promptly prepared
* Marketing support - partner expense rebates
* Operations support - administrative support
* (Special Projects - you will be in a special privileged role with unique access to the members of the SMT and various confidential plans. In this capacity special ad hoc projects may be required where the job holder will be part of special teams to address ad hoc activities. Examples might include complex projects such as potential office moves, or less complex but demanding activities such as the annual Christmas party).
