Test Manager - Northamptonshire - £45-50k. Test Manager needed for a retail organisation based in Northamptonshire. You will be responsible for managing a small team, and executing testing and release management within a mixed estate of development environments. The main focus will be on ERP, e-Commerce and EPoS environments, as such retail experience will be a significant advantage. You will liaise with Project Managers, BAs and Developers as well as escalating issues to Programme Management. You will also maintain strong relationships with IT Services and suppliers and so relationship management, good communication skills and strong organisational skills are essential. You will ensure that Test Environments are maintained and remain "fit-for-purpose" as well as deliver and maintain internal "best practice" for Software Release and Test Management processes. You will ideally be ITIL qualified, have hands-on technical knowledge and a thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle.
