An immediate start is required for this role and may possibly go permanent for the right candidate. Based in Bristol the role is covering a single site and looking after around 300 employees. Responsibilities include providing a professional HR service to a unionised site, setting up processes and policies, and training managers on procedures.
The successful candidate will be immediately available, Happy to commit to the role for 3 months, have experience operating in a distribution/logistics/manufacturing Unionised site and in dealing with the typical sort of HR issues that may arise, have ideally operated in a start-up environment or on a new site.
The role is a fixed term contract for 3 months initially but may go permanent for the right person. It is working for an organisation who is a leader in its market.
