My client is a leading Management Consultancy recruiting for their thriving Financial Services practice.
Due to the volume of regulatory changes in the banking industry it has significantly impacted the business models and technology landscape within global investment and wholesale banks. This consultancy has identified this as one of the major growth platforms and the firm is actively recruiting professionals with varying levels of experience to continue providing the leading edge services which it currently delivers to its clients.
Benefiting from working with and learning from some of the top practitioners in the field, you'll develop quickly, add real value and build credibility in the industry. You will get exposure to a variety of projects of varying size and duration across Investment Banks, Clearing Houses and Market Infrastructure providers. The projects you'll work on will be complex and challenging, focusing on the operations of trading activities across the full trade life cycle.
Successful candidates will typically have:
· Knowledge of investment banking and capital market instruments such as OTC Derivatives, Bonds, Futures and money market
· Knowledge of front, middle or back office processes and applications in the major capital market participants including investment banking, market infrastructure, custodians, hedge funds etc.
· Regulatory Change experience e.g. collateral, clearing, regulatory programme management
· All successful candidates must have solid business analysis and problem solving skills and demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills.
· Previous external or internal consulting experience
· Degree qualified or equivalent experience· Working knowledge of Vendor collateral management, clearing , reporting systems is beneficial· Full travel mobility
