Business Systems Analyst
My Client, a leading food and drinks company, are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to come in and join their team based in Central London.
The team are looking for someone to provide readily accessible management information for all Group Users through the identification, design and implementation of business system and process improvements, which reduce administration input and improve data accuracy
The key accountabilities are as follows:
Responsible for the development and improvement of Business Systems and Processes
Responsible for the availability and accuracy of improved Management Information Data
Provide Business Systems Support
The candidate must have:
Have an organised and structured approach, able to meet agreed deadlines on time
Strong interpersonal skills and user interviewing technique, with excellent listening skills
Persuasive with users when influencing and implementing changes in business processes
Fast, accurate at basic mathematical calculations
Pre-requisites include:
Previous experience in a similar retail supply or inventory planning / supply chain role essential desirable.
Understanding of Stock Management Control processes desirable
Previous experience working with an Business system e.g. Sage, Navision, Oracle
FMCG experience desirable
Advanced level MS Excel
Strong Administration Skills and application
Archiving & Database Knowledge desirable
Data interpretation & Analysis
