HR Manager - c£49k + Car + Bens

As HR lead for a successful business division within this growing service organisation, the role of HR Manager takes ownership for HR generalist service delivery through a small HR and ER team whilst effectively ';Business Partnering’ the senior management team and driving business and people change. Based within a Head Office environment and supporting a nationally dispersed client group, your ability to plan for and respond to ever changing HR and business needs, alongside management of a complex Employee Relations environment, will be key to your success.

Examples of Responsibilities:
* Lead, manage and motivate a small team of HR generalist and Employee Relations Specialists
* Partner Exec and Senior level stakeholders to understand people and business needs; offering pragmatic solutions that align with Legislative and Sector compliance, alongside business objectives
* Lead on initiatives that manage and influence business change and growth; including mergers & acquisitions and TUPE transfers
* Manage a front-line, visible HR partnership by undertaking regular meetings across national, multiple sites
* Provide best practice Employment Law advice with a complex and volume driven environment, minimising risk to the business and raising management capability to facilitate future case management
* Partner with HR colleagues to develop local and group wide strategies around talent management, development and employee engagement

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

* Ideally Chartered CIPD status (or equivalent)
* Full current driving licence with the ability to undertake regular national travel
* Strengths and a keen interest in Employment Law
* Proven track record of HR Business Partnering and working with senior level stakeholders
* Demonstrable experience of HR team leadership
* Experience of leading on business and people change to include M&A and TUPE
