Senior BA/ Interim Business Change Project Manager.
This role will be for an initial 6 month period to manage the design and development of a new website and eCommerce instance.
This will encompass the specification and scoping of requirements from the business, producing a statement of work and design concepts for development by an external supplier.
You will also be required to assist in the sourcing and selection of the supplier and will be the main point of contact and project manager for the development and delivery of the new website.
This will include working with both the Company and other vendors to integrate the solution into existing/new business systems.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
·Document scope of requirements from the business for the new website
·Produce and communicate a statement of work and design concepts for external supplier
·Assist with sourcing, contract negotiations and sign up of suitable supplier to deliver the solution
·Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
·Availability to travel within the UK and USA if required
·Play an active role in the development and delivery of the ongoing business system replacement programme
·Produce project plans for delivery of projects
·Manage yourself and others against delivery deadlines
·Regular communication of project status to key stakeholders
·Flexible working hours when required
Essentials
·Ability to learn new applications and systems quickly
·Experience in business analysis or project management roles
·Experience in business website design and management
·Track record in external supplier/developer management
·Knowledge of XML and web services
Experience in producing Statements of work and contract negotiation
