The role is fundamentally providing day-to-day support of the application. For example, the ability to review log files, identify errors and apply corrective actions as well as patching/upgrades to the system. The role is varied between end-user support to upgrades and dealing with system failures.
The successful candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of Capita Academy and its functions together with a strong technical understanding of the application and underlying database.![]()
