As the Head of Business Change, you will identify, scope, develop, implement and deliver sustainable benefits through the on-going business change programme. Reporting to the Director of Business Change and Technology, you will manage a team of 10 and liaise with internal executive members, divisional managers and key vendors (application development / maintenance / product vendors).
As the ideal candidate, you will have a demonstrable retail supply chain background having previously worked for a multi-site retailer with experience that covers:-
· Supply-chain development including product / range management
· Inventory management / Stock replenishment
· Price / margin management
· Product master data management
You will be responsible for improving supply-chain, stock and margin processes to drive better availability of product and level of service to the customer.
This role will be heavily business facing, so a background in senior stakeholder influencing, project delivery and an understanding of the technology associated with supply-chain is essential.
