Communications Lead - Uxbridge

My client, a high profile oil & gas company, is looking for a Communications Lead to join their team in Uxbridge.

This role is within the Digital Security Cyber Resilience Programme, providing communication support to key change projects throughout their deployment lifecycle.

Key accountabilities include:

Developing consistent messages and measurement processes for the Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Laptop Encryption project roll outs.

Tactical delivery of messages through approved communications channels

Provide support for refreshing the content on the Digital Security SharePoint Site and the Security at website.

Day to day activities will include:

- Managing MDM stakeholder
- Executing communications plan for MDM and Laptop Encryption programmes.
- Preparing and executing communications arterials including; developing key messages, project materials, FAQs, presentations, news and project announcements
- Sourcing and refreshing content on SharePoint
- Supporting site refresh of Security website


Additional Requirements:

- An IC track record and evidence of designing and implementing communication plans using a number of tools and technology channels. - Ability to create communications which express technical jargon/business facts with clarity, simplicity and power - Project communications experience to help coordinate messages across audiences and channels - A minimum of five years internal communications experience. - SharePoint Knowledge a must - E-circle and CMS experience preferable.
