A global leader in its market, my client is currently seeking a HR Administrator who is fluent in French & Dutch. Providing HR administration support for circa. 600 employees who are based in Holland and Belgium, the ideal candidate will have the ability to prepare contracts of employment and other employment documents e.g. offer letters, new starter packs and termination communication in both French and Dutch. The HR Administrator will provide advice and guidance on all HR policies & procedures and support the HR and Line Managers in administering the full recruitment process. This is a high volume, fast paced role; the preferred candidate will have previous experience of working within a HR team, liaising with key stakeholders and excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience in HR systems is desirable but not essential.
