Head of Customer Strategy

Harvey Nash Finance are seeking to recruit an exceptional Head of Customer Strategy on behalf of a major Financial Services client. You would be responsible for the development of all aspects of customer engagement & management, working closely with the Finance, Customer Communications and Management reporting teams in respect of planning, forecasting and performance measurement.

Key responsibilities would include:

Provide strategy, solutions and products across the range of books in the organisations portfolio of retail customer loans

Provide advice and recommendations to operations and debt management teams on customer management strategies inline with the business objectives and also within the regulatory framework

Design and development of mortgage products to meet both customer and business requirements

Ensure that departmental risks are identified, risk management activities are undertaken, quality is maintained and reporting is timely

The successful candidate would be educated to degree level (or equivalent), possess exceptional analytical, communication, organisational and leadership skills and ideally holding a recognised marketing or customer management qualification. A great knowledge and experience of Retail Mortgages is required.
