Unified Communications Manager/ ITIL Certified Network Communications Manager The Unified Communications Manager will have overall responsibility for the Operational Management of voice, messaging, video and data vendor management of outsourced provisions and the management of UK data and communication facilities. You will be responsible for managing the outsourced provision of communication services to ensure robustness, scalability, availability, capacity, maintainability, documented configuration, performance, reliability and security in accordance with agreed service levels. A strong technical background preferred in Network Technologies; F5, Checkpoint, Bluecoat, McAfee IPS, Juniper, Nortel VPN Connectivity.
