SME Marketing Executive

ROLE OVERVIEW:To promote the benefits of energy supply with the company to energy brokers and end users through propositions and campaigns to increase product penetration to new and existing customers.To assist with the launch of new products.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and drive the SME product proposition.To establish a communication strategy to energy brokers with regular relevant information.Drive the development of case histories.Develop and maintain sales collateral.Oversee the web site content and proposition relevant to the market place.To research customer markets and understand customer needs.To develop targeted products and campaigns.To research competitor offerings and identify market opportunities.To analyse customer feedback acquisition and loss statistics to input into product and proposition development.To maximise acquisition and retention.To develop customer propositions.To maximise our USP advantage.To develop and manage customer campaigns.To target our sales opportunities.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:Regular communication via email update and blogs.Customer and broker retention.Increased acquisition.Positive feedback on relevant information distribution.

PROBLEM SOLVING COMPLEXITY:Simple and clear explanation of complex messaging.Recognition of trends and key messages.Development of message cut through in a crowded market.

THE DESIRABLE CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:Understanding of the B2B energy market.Knowledge of SME supply in NHH, HH and gas.Development of proposition.Management of campaigns.Ownership of key messaging for the market sector.
