Upon understanding the business model and strategy you will assess the current application landscape you will become a key team member in the Solutions architecture team. Working with the product development and delivery teams to provide innovative solutions in win with the business strategic objectives.
Reporting into the Chief Enterprise Architect you will take a pragmatic and collaborative approach on solution delivery, design and build.To be considered for the role it is essential that you have remained a technical evangelist and expert, able to mentor and lead teams of developers providing advice on good development practises/code with a scrum/kanban focused delivery environment.
Furthermore you will have strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills able to influence at all levels with strong communication and business problem solving skills.Experience of Microsoft software architecture is essential including the ability to provide proof of concept and evaluate .Net code. Further experience of UML and Agile would be considered as highly desirable.
