Senior Product Manager
My client works within the credit sector and are actively looking to recruit a Head of Product Development will play a key role in shaping the company strategy and future direction of the business.
Key Responsibilities include:
Introduction and management of an all-encompassing product development process across the business
Work with clients, the sales functions and marketing to understand changing client needs and produce actionable inside that translates into new products and product enhancements
Act as link between the business and the technical functions
Identification, validation, prioritization and management of implementation of value-add product enhancements and change requests
Preparation of business cases for new products and product enhancements including full financials by involving commercial and executional functions
Project management of large-scale product developments in an agile environment, setting the priorities for IT.
Background:
It is essential you have demonstrable product development/management experience in an online B2B environment, ideally in online information as well as demonstrable success in managing large web-based product developments/ re-developments of subscription-based web delivery products.
You will need the ability to motivate and manage people from different functions without having direct line management responsibility.
Excellent communicator - able to communicate and convince at all levels of the organization to get buy in for projects and developments.
